Going into the WFHI training, I expected a neatly laid-out sequence of modules that would build on each other logically and quickly get me competent with the software. In reality, the onboarding steps were well designed but not quite in the order I had imagined. Initially, I thought starting with the database feature and the dialer together would be best, but the training actually walks you through setting up your workflow first, then introducing calling tools afterward, which I can see has its merits in theory. What took me slightly by surprise was that some sections required revisiting as we went deeper, which at first felt a bit repetitive but later seemed helpful for retention. The sign-up and invoicing process was fairly straightforward and kept things moving, although I had a slight hiccup with billing questions that telephonic support resolved efficiently. Overall, though onboarding demanded a bit more time than I had hoped, the steps were sensible and set me up fairly well to use the software—even if a tiny bit more flexibility might improve the flow.
