Onboarding took a bit longer than expected, though training was okay
Starting out with WFHI, I found the onboarding and initial training to be a bit more drawn-out than I had hoped. The system itself seemed well organized, but moving through each step felt slower and more tedious than I expected. Particularly, the database setup required repeated attention before it integrated properly with my remote workflow, which took several sessions of trial and error. The training was detailed and covered most features, but it didn’t quite speed up how quickly I was able to feel ready to use the calling tools effectively. I’d say the automatic updates were fine and didn’t interfere during the onboarding, which helped prevent additional complications. My one small reservation is that I wish the signup and invoice confirmation process had been a bit clearer from the start, as some steps felt confusing until I reached out to phone support. Overall, while it took longer than I anticipated to get going, the quality of training and support made the delay bearable, and I now feel settled with the platform.
