Onboarding thoda tricky tha but overall not bad
Training start karte waqt mujhe laga ki sab easy ho jayega, but thodi challenges aayi jab kuch steps samajh mein nahi aaye. Jo onboarding flow tha, wo mostly smooth tha and software ke features ache se explain kiye gaye, par ek point par mujhe support ko call karna pada jab dialer thoda hang kar raha tha. Support ne acha handle kiya aur jaldi solution diya, which I appreciate. Lekin database integration thoda complicated laga initially, so mujhe self-explore karna pada aur kuch extra training material dekhna para. Payment aur invoicing process was straight forward, koi zyada dikkat nahi hui. Main samajhta hoon WFHI ne acha try kiya hai to make things smooth, lekin kuch jagah thodi aur clarity chahiye thi, especially jab mujhe step-by-step guidance nahi mila on some issues during onboarding. Overall experience mixed raha with some support moments shining through, par kuch hiccups bhi the jinse main adjust karta raha during initial use.
