Aapne onboarding module kaafi detailed banaya hai, jo achha hai, par usme thoda zyada effort lag gaya from mera side to follow all the steps and understand the software nuances properly. Bahut saare features pe kaam karna pada, especially database setup aur calling tools samajhne mein. Training sessions bhi thorough thi, par kabhi kabhi lagta tha ki thoda fast pace le jao toh acha rahe. Mere hisaab se, agar thoda zyada simple aur focused onboarding hota, toh better result mil sakta tha. Par overall, software aur training full value deti hai, bas aapko ready rehna padega thoda patience ke saath.
