Onboarding surprised me with how little it prepared me
The training and onboarding felt incomplete to me. I expected to be able to use the tools independently by the end, but I realized I would likely need assistance again next time. The guides were vague about some key functions, and the flow didn't cover all the variations I encountered. I was surprised that such a well-regarded program wouldn't address these basic needs more thoroughly. It left me feeling a bit unsure about handling the software without ongoing support. Honestly, I wasn’t prepared for how much extra help I would require.
