Onboarding suits those who prefer a steady pace
Getting started with WFHI training was pretty manageable, though it did take some time to get fully comfortable with all the features like the dialer and database integration. The training modules moved at a steady pace and didn’t rush through the details, which suited my style since I wanted to understand each step without feeling overwhelmed. Sometimes I found myself spending extra time going back to certain segments, especially around setting up the calling tools, but that helped build confidence. I guess if you’re someone who wants to jump right in and get going fast, this might feel a bit slow or drawn out for you. But for me, the steady buildup was better so I didn't miss the finer points. Also, the updates during training kept things current, adding a nice touch. So basically, it’s a solid fit if you like to learn without any rush, though others might want something quicker.
