Onboarding suited for self-starters but not the faint-hearted

When I first signed up, I expected a smooth onboarding experience with plenty of guided training. While the initial modules offered a good overview of the software, I found that a lot of the finer details and workflow customizations had to be figured out through experimentation rather than explicit instruction. This made the early days a bit challenging, but also rewarding once you get the hang of it. The training does cover essential basics and the setup steps, but if you’re someone who prefers step-by-step handholding or a fully scripted start-to-finish guidance, this might feel a little sparse. On the positive side, the onboarding flow was logical and the material was well structured, so once I got past the initial self-directed learning curve, I felt confident using the calling tools, dialer, and database features. This approach would definitely suit someone comfortable with a bit of trial and error, someone willing to explore the software deeper to leverage the automatic updates effectively. In short, it’s great for independent learners wanting to tailor their workflows but not ideal if you want everything spelled out explicitly from the outset.
