Onboarding struggled to inspire real confidence
When I started training with WFHI, I had hoped to get a thorough understanding of the software quickly so I could begin practical use. Unfortunately, the onboarding materials seemed disjointed and didn’t quite build my confidence as I progressed. While the initial calls to support were polite, I felt the guidance lacked depth in covering the database and dialer features comprehensively. It wasn’t until near the end of the onboarding period that some aspects started to make sense, but by then I was concerned about my proficiency using the calling tools effectively. The automatic updates did bring improvements that helped, but I still wouldn’t say I felt entirely ready to use the software independently after training. Sign-up and payment procedures were fine, but the overall experience left me more hesitant than reassured about operating within remote workflows. Despite some advances, the moment when it all clicked for me remained elusive, which affected my confidence in the system.
