Onboarding steps were quite disorganized
Reflecting on my experience with the training and onboarding process, I have to say the order of steps just didn’t make much sense to me. Initially, the software introduction seemed fine, but soon I encountered modules that felt out of sequence, leading to confusion. For instance, I was expected to set up certain calling tools before understanding the database feature, which made applying what I learned more complicated. The automatic updates that were supposed to streamline the journey ended up making some sections outdated before I even reached them. Onboarding isn’t a simple checklist; it needs to follow a sensible progression. Despite these issues, I’d say the telephonic support system was okay, granting some aid when I got stuck, but it wasn’t enough to offset the disorganized flow. In hindsight, the overall experience left me frustrated, and it felt like the training underestimated the typical user’s need for a clear, logical step pattern in getting started with their workflow software.
