Onboarding steps were logical, but some delays interrupted flow

The training and onboarding were laid out in a sensible order, which made it easy to follow each step from sign-up to database setup. The lessons built on each other well, introducing calling tools after explaining the software basics. However, I did experience a few delays waiting for automatic updates to finish or for support to clarify small doubts, which broke the flow somewhat. Despite that, I appreciated how the steps made sense overall, supporting last week’s work with usable features in a clear progression. The telephonic support was helpful when needed, although it wasn’t instantly available every time. It was a good balance of structure and some small hiccups along the way.
