Onboarding steps overall clear except one small glitch
The training and onboarding process was arranged in a sensible order, guiding me through basic software use before the more advanced database tools. This helped build confidence quickly. The sign-up and initial setup steps particularly went well as they were straightforward. However, the one aspect that felt a bit out of place was the timing of the dialer system introduction. It came just before the final session instead of accompanying earlier training modules, which might have been easier to follow. Despite that, I found the overall flow logical and easy to keep pace with. The invoicing and payment instructions were also clear and properly timed with each stage.
