Onboarding steps needed more clarity, training order felt off

I went into the training and onboarding hoping for a straightforward process that would get me ready efficiently to use the software and calling tools. Unfortunately, that was not entirely the case. The sequence of the onboarding steps didn’t quite feel ordered for optimal learning. For example, I was expected to use the dialer and access the database feature even before some basic training sessions had taken place. This meant I had to figure out a few things on my own, which slowed down progress and caused frustration. The automatic updates sometimes triggered in the middle of sessions, which distracted from continuity. That said, once I got past the initial awkward phases, the telephonic support was helpful enough when I reached out with questions. Their instructions clarified a lot, though I still think the training design could be refined. Invoice and payment processes were handled without issues, and sign-up was smooth, but the core problem was the confusing onboarding order that made it less efficient than it could be. I believe adjusting the step sequence to introduce basic concepts before using tools would greatly improve training effectiveness and user confidence.
