Onboarding steps: mostly useful with minor gaps
The training and onboarding steps were arranged in a largely sensible order, which helped me get through the process efficiently. The initial introduction to the software interface was clear and practical, and it prepared me well for using the call dialer and database feature. However, I found that some later steps, particularly around setting up automatic updates and managing support tickets, felt a bit rushed or less intuitive. While the structure did the job of getting me operational, a couple of key instructions could have been clearer to avoid confusion. The invoicing and payment breakdown was straightforward and fit nicely into the flow. I ended up understanding how ongoing maintenance and support function through their system, which was good. So while there were small parts that could have used better explanation, I’m comfortable saying the onboarding did the job overall. I would recommend it with the caveat that some details might require extra attention on your part.
