Onboarding steps mostly logical but a minor reordering needed
When I first started using the software, I found the sequence of onboarding steps generally made sense and helped me understand the main features. The database setup was clear and pretty easy to complete, which was a relief because I wasn’t sure how smoothly it would go. However, I did feel the addition of the calling tools came a bit too late in the onboarding flow. It would have been more intuitive to introduce the dialer earlier so I could integrate it alongside setting up client information. One other thing was the update notifications during the early days: while automatic updates were convenient, a little more explanation about what changed after each update would have helped me adjust quicker. Overall, the software’s layout for getting started worked well, and the training materials were helpful as I progressed to using the call features more confidently. The telephonic support was available when I reached out, but I wish the onboarding had better flagged the timing when some features would be unlocked in later stages. This small gap made me pause briefly, but it didn’t affect my overall positive experience. I am looking forward to using the software more as I grow accustomed to its full capabilities.
