Onboarding steps made sense, overall a good flow
Thinking back over my experience, I found the onboarding and training process fairly logical in the sequence of steps presented. The software introduction came first, which was sensible so users get familiar with the interface before moving on to deeper features like the database and dialer. The training materials appeared comprehensive enough and the telephonic support was helpful when I needed explanations for some points. However, I did feel that a few parts could have been reordered, such as introducing database features just a little earlier to help understand workflows better from the get-go. It wasn’t a major issue, but sometimes I felt jumping from dialer training back to database concepts disrupted continuity slightly. Still, these are minor quibbles compared to the overall straightforward layout which guided me well. To give a basic verdict plainly: the onboarding steps were arranged in a way that worked reasonably well for me, with just small room for improvement.
