Onboarding steps made sense mostly, but some parts felt out of order

I went through the software setup and training, and while most steps followed a sensible sequence, there was one point where things didn’t quite click immediately. The database feature training came after we were already deep into using the dialer and calling tools, which felt a bit backwards since I needed to understand how the database worked earlier for better workflow integration. That moment confused me enough to slow my progress temporarily. However, once everything was laid out and I practiced the steps, it all started fitting together well. The automatic updates were timely and didn’t disrupt work, and the invoicing process was easy to follow. Overall, the order of training is mostly practical, but I think placing some parts like database earlier would help new users grasp the software more fluidly. Despite this hiccup, the onboarding was beneficial and gave me solid groundwork to proceed confidently with using the software day to day.
