Onboarding steps felt out of order, but training content was decent
Bro, the whole training and onboarding thing with WFHI was kinda all over the place honestly. I started with signing up, which was smooth enough, but then the steps after that were weird. I wasn’t sure when exactly I was supposed to start using the dialer and when to jump into the database part. Sometimes I felt like I was being thrown into the deep end without proper prep. On the bright side, the training modules themselves were okay—the videos and explanations made sense once I got into them. But the order messed me up, like I wanted a more logical flow where you master one thing first before moving to the next. It felt like parts of the software updated automatically without warning, so that added confusion. Overall, I guess the content was fine but they should seriously rethink how they organize everything for newbies like me.
