Onboarding steps clear but training timing thoda hilustil tha
The onboarding flow itself was mostly straightforward, with steps arranged in a sensible order that made sense as I moved from signing up to learning how to use the software. Training started off well with basics like setting up the calling tools and navigating the database. Par jab advanced modules aaye, toh timing thoda confused karne wala tha because some steps lag rahe the, aur kuch training sessions aapas mein overlap kar rahe the, jis se learning smooth nahi thi. The training materials explained the features decently, but schedule thoda aur coordinated ho jaata toh better hota. Day-to-day use kaafi manageable tha, with the dialer and database khud hi update ho jaate, which simplified the process. Support was helpful jab mujhe clarification chahiye tha, par mujhe laga ki training ke beech ka gap better organize kiya ja sakta tha. Overall, the system works, and main samajhta hoon ki proper timing ke saath ye training aur bhi effective ho sakti thi. This part of the onboarding was where I found the most inconsistency, though I appreciated the help during everyday usage.
