Onboarding steps clear but dialer setup stood out
When I first signed up and started the onboarding, I was pleasantly surprised by how the steps followed a sensible pattern overall. Each stage built on the last, especially when it came to the software’s different features like the database and calling tools. The one part that really stood out was how they handled the dialer setup—it was more detailed than the rest, which helped me get comfortable quickly but felt a bit lengthy. Other than that, the sequence made sense and it was pretty easy to keep track of what to do next. The overall journey felt user-friendly and not overwhelming, which I think is a credit to the way they organized things regarding software access.
