Onboarding step that was surprisingly clear
I had used other remote workflow software before and was expecting a mostly similar training experience here, but honestly I found the initial tutorials somewhat lacking in the depth I needed. The onboarding felt rushed and I struggled a bit to understand some of the calls and database features after the introductory sessions. However, I have to admit that the section about the automatic updates stood out as quite helpful and well organized. It explained how the software stays current without interrupting workflow, which was reassuring at least. The telephonic support during the early days was decent although it sometimes took a while to get to the point I needed. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward and reliable, which helped smooth out other frustrations. So overall, the training and onboarding gave me mixed feelings: it was certainly not as polished or detailed as what I was used to, but there were a couple of aspects where it definitely delivered. I just wish the training sessions were paced better and covered everything I needed more comprehensively, especially the use of the dialer and database functions that are crucial for my daily tasks.
