onboarding speed was decent but could be better
When I first signed up with WFHI, I expected the onboarding and getting started phase to be smoother, but overall it went okay. It did take me a little longer than I hoped to fully set up the database and understand how to use the calling tools efficiently. That initial waiting and exploring phase felt a bit drawn out, and I wasn't sure if I was missing any important steps because the guidance was fairly general. On the flip side, the sign-up and billing parts were straightforward and quick, which was a relief. The training sessions helped fill in some blanks, and the automatic updates meant that the software progressively improved without me having to restart or hassle with installations. So while the start was a bit slow, it wasn't frustrating enough to quit. I figured out the parts that were tricky with some time, and after that the whole experience improved substantially, especially once I regularly used the dialer and database every day.
