Onboarding setup took more time than expected
When I started with the onboarding, I found that setting up was more involved than just a one-time setup. The initial training covered a lot, and getting familiar with the dialer and database tools required ongoing attention. Some parts of the onboarding felt like a one-off effort, such as installing software and setting payment details. But the rest, especially learning efficient use of the calling tools, was continuous and often needed revisiting the training material. The automatic updates helped by gradually improving features without disrupting workflows. While the telephonic support was helpful, it did add some waiting time during busy periods. The overall setup did consume more hours than I anticipated, and although it was manageable, I think more time should be allotted for people new to remote workflows. Sign-up and payment processes were clear and systematic, which reduced any onboarding related stress. I appreciate the balance between initial setup and ongoing learning, but the time investment was significant.
