Onboarding setup took effort, ongoing less so

Setting up with the training and onboarding involved a lot of one-off tasks at first, which honestly was a bit draining. Explaining the steps and going through each module felt repetitive because I had done similar things elsewhere, but it laid the foundation well. The ongoing part, like customizing workflows or getting used to the calling tools, felt much lighter after that initial push. I think the initial sessions are the bulk of the effort, but once you're past those, maintaining and using the software daily is pretty straightforward. So the good is that you get a clear foundation, the bad is the upfront time and patience it demands to get through the initial onboarding. Having done similar trainings before, I found it predictable but necessary.
