Onboarding setup mostly straightforward, just one glitch
The onboarding process with WFHI mostly went smooth, especially the initial setup where I configured the main user dashboard and linked my calling tools. I found that most of the setup felt like a one-off task, which was good because I didn’t want to keep repeating the same steps each day. Their training also helped me understand how to manage the database feature effectively right from the start. However, I did notice a minor hiccup when it came to syncing automatic updates; the update notification appeared a bit too frequently initially, which disrupted my workflow for a day or two. Other than that, telephonic support was responsive and helped quickly whenever I reached out, which reassured me during the early days. Signing up and getting invoices was a clean process with no surprises. Overall, I appreciate that the onboarding was designed to get most things ready once, freeing me to focus on running my remote workflow rather than technical setup every time. That one update notification issue was a little annoying but didn’t detract much from an otherwise pleasant start.
