The training started with an overview that was clear and inviting, which helped me settle in quickly. As I progressed through the modules, the step-by-step instructions made the learning curve manageable, though some features took a bit more time to grasp. What stood out most was the hands-on practice with the calling tools, which made me feel more confident about using them in actual workflows. The database management section was thorough and explained well, though I wished there had been a bit more time dedicated to it. By the end of the onboarding, I definitely felt ready to navigate the software on my own and manage basic troubleshooting confidently. There was a slight reservation about the complexity of some of the automation features, which I believe would require more practice outside the sessions. The support team availability was reassuring, knowing I could reach out if needed. Overall, the training was well-structured and gave me a good foundation to build on. It felt like they really wanted me to succeed with the tools provided.
