Mujhe laga ki training sabse important hota, isliye pehle se jo maine try kiya tha unke training ke comparison mein yeh thoda disappointing tha. Onboarding thoda complex raha, expected tha ki simple aur smooth hoga. Lekin calling tools aur dialer ko samajhne mein thodi mushkil hui. Database feature ka use karne mein bhi dikkat aayi initially, koi clear guidance nahi tha. Training sessions mein kuch points ache the jo mujhe kaafi madad ki. Lekin overall, maine zyada benefit nahi uthaya from it because of confusing onboarding steps. Jo pehle wale trainings maine ki thi, woh thodi zyada straightforward aur user friendly thi. Mujhe aesa lagta hai ki agar thoda aur practical hoke trainings updated hote toh better hota, varna wo sirf theory par hi focus karti thi.
