Onboarding sequence worked well but some steps felt misplaced
I found that the overall order of the onboarding steps was average in terms of flow. The sign-up and initial invoicing process went smoothly and made sense as a starting point, which I appreciated since it gave me quick access to the software. After that, moving onto the training felt necessary and well-situated so I could understand how to use the calling tools properly. However, when it came to exploring the database feature, I felt like it was introduced too early before I was entirely comfortable with the dialer interface. This made me a little confused shooting calls because the information needed from the database seemed overwhelming in contrast to the setup. On the plus side, the automatic updates felt integrated and seamless; I never had to manually manage software versions, which was relieving. But the timing of telephonic support activation appeared inconsistent: I encountered delays when trying to get priority assistance, which detracted somewhat from the smoothness of the steps. Overall, I liked that some parts felt well arranged and practical, but the slightly misaligned introduction of certain features did disrupt the sense of steady progress on the platform. The workflow arrangement would benefit from better balancing technical learning and practical use so those new to remote workflows aren’t left juggling too many new parts at once.
