Onboarding Schedule Was Clear, But Some Content Was Missing
When I started the training and onboarding with WFHI, I expected a thorough walkthrough of all the core software features. The initial sign-up and onboarding steps were straightforward and matched what I was hoping for. The software introduction covered key aspects, and the trainers were consistent with the materials advertised. However, during the later training modules, certain advanced functionalities of the calling tools were not fully explained, which surprised me. Also, the pace was slightly faster than I anticipated for some sessions, making it harder to absorb all the details on first pass. The system for tracking progress was transparent and helped me keep on schedule. Overall, the onboarding process gave a solid foundation but could improve in clarifying more complex features to match expectations completely. Despite this, I feel ready to use the software more confidently after completing the training provided.
