Onboarding required ongoing tweaks but initial setup was fair effort
My experience with the WFHI training and onboarding had clear parts involving one-off setup and others requiring constant adjustment. Initially, the process of signing up and creating my profile was relatively straightforward and not very time-consuming. The training sessions gave me a decent starting point for understanding the software dashboard and dialer features. However, as I progressed to using the calling tools and database functionalities daily, I found that some workflows needed repeated fine-tuning. The automatic updates also sometimes changed settings I had customized, so I needed to spend time readjusting things periodically. Additionally, getting accustomed to the calling dialer across different projects meant that I had to pause and reconfigure a few times. Telephonic support was helpful when I called but only during certain hours. Overall, setting up was manageable but maintaining and optimizing the workflow took considerably more ongoing effort and some patience to get right.
