Onboarding required more effort than I expected

I had anticipated a smoother training and onboarding because I wanted to jump right into using the calling tools and database features. However, it took quite a bit of effort to get familiar with all functionalities, and some steps needed revisiting multiple times. The training sessions, while thorough, did not fully match the expectations I had about their pace and clarity. The onboarding flow was a bit lengthy and somewhat repetitive, although it did the job eventually. So while the training did cover essentials, I found it took considerably more time and attention to become comfortable compared to what I had expected.
