Onboarding required considerable effort but had some ongoing benefits
When I began the onboarding process with WFHI's software, I realized quite early on that a significant chunk of the setup was very hands-on and one-off. The initial training covered everything in detail, which was helpful, but it required a lot of dedicated time to get through each module and really internalize the workflow changes. I was setting up the calling tools alongside the database feature, and that particular configuration took more time than I expected. There were quite a few steps where I felt stuck and needed to reach out for telephonic support. They were generally helpful, although not instant in their response. However, once I got past the onboarding hurdles, the software updates seemed smooth and automatic, which meant less manual work on my part. I appreciated how the later stages of the training focused more on ongoing usage enhancements rather than just the initial setup. Signing up and managing payments was straightforward with clear invoicing, so there was nothing complicated there. Overall, while a lot of effort was required upfront and some parts didn't go perfectly smoothly, I now find the system is mostly stable and gets better with regular use. It’s a mixed experience, but workable.
