Onboarding poorly matched my actual work hours
While the training and onboarding were generally thorough, I found a significant mismatch between the training schedule and the hours I normally work. The sessions were concentrated during times when I was often unavailable, which made it difficult to attend all parts on live calls. Recorded materials were provided, but they lacked some key details that live sessions covered, meaning I had to spend extra time catching up. The sequence of steps might work well for standard office hours, but for someone like me, who works at irregular times, it was not very flexible. I believe WFHI could improve by offering onboarding sessions spread across different time slots or provide more interactive material that fits varied schedules. Despite these drawbacks, the call dialer and database functions seem well-designed for my workflow once I was fully onboarded. Payment and invoicing followed a clear process, but the mismatch in training timing was frustrating and made the initial phase tougher than necessary. More adaptable scheduling would have made all this much easier for me.
