Onboarding order was mostly smooth, with one glitch
When I started the training, I expected the onboarding steps to flow logically from introduction through to full setup without much backtracking. Initially, things were well organized: the first modules gave clear explanations of the core features, then moved on to detailing how to use the calling tools and database efficiently. However, as I progressed, I encountered a section that briefly jumped ahead to advanced features before covering some fundamental components fully. This caused a little confusion, as I had to pause and revisit earlier tutorials to fill in gaps. Compared to other remote workflow trainings I've experienced, this felt slightly out of sync with what I imagined would be a stepwise approach. That said, the overall onboarding did succeed in guiding me to a decent working knowledge of the software. The training materials were comprehensive and the use of practical examples helped me absorb the concepts faster. While I believe reordering a few segments could have improved clarity, the structure mostly supported settling in comfortably. It struck a fair balance between pacing and content breadth, making me hopeful for a more seamless sequence in future iterations.
