Onboarding Needed More Streamlined Steps, Took Some Effort
The onboarding with WFHI was a mixed bag in terms of how the steps were laid out. While each stage of the training was useful and covered important elements such as setting up the dialer and learning the database features, the order in which they were presented often felt a bit haphazard. For example, I found myself configuring calling tools before fully understanding how the database integrated with the workflow, which made the process a bit more challenging. That said, the software’s automatic update feature helped smooth out later stages by fixing bugs seamlessly. There was also good telephonic support, but the overall experience demanded considerable effort just to stay organized through the setup. If the sequence had been simpler and more logical, it could have saved time and reduced confusion. Despite this, I appreciate that everything eventually came together well enough to be workable, though I do have that small reservation about orderliness.
