Onboarding mostly one-time, except one part
I spent some time thinking about how much effort I had to put in when I started using this software. The setup itself was mostly a one-off deal where I configured the basic settings and got through the initial training. That felt pretty straightforward. However, there was one part that really stood out – keeping track of updates. The automatic update feature kept reappearing as something I had to check and sometimes adjust settings for, which didn’t feel exactly like a one-time setup. So while most of the training and onboarding was done at the beginning, dealing with these ongoing little update notifications became somewhat of a continuous task. I’m still unsure if this is normal or if it’s something that can be streamlined more in the future. But yes, for the main part, the core setup was a single event, and then I just used the software as needed, with occasional tweaks. So it’s mostly done once but not quite completely, which was what surprised me the most.
