onboarding mix: clear in parts, confusing in others

The training and onboarding steps started off in a pretty logical order; I was able to follow the initial modules well enough and set up the calling tools without much trouble. However, when it came to integrating the database and getting accustomed to the dialer features all at once, it didn’t quite click for me. There seemed to be an overlap in instructions that made me pause and wonder if I missed something. The support line was available but not always immediately responsive, which didn’t help the situation. The moment it clicked, I realized the software updates could also change the workflow sometimes, which wasn’t explained until later steps. Overall, I found the process to be a bit uneven — some parts were straightforward while others were confusing enough to slow progress. It’s not a completely bad experience but, honestly, it wasn’t seamless either.
