Jab maine WFHI ki training start kiya, toh mera expectation tha ki shayad thoda confusing hoga, ya fir poori samajh mein thoda time lag sakta hai. Lekin jo onboarding process hai, woh kaafi smooth tha aur mujhe waise hi step-by-step guide kiya gaya jaise describe kiya gaya tha. Ek hafta chala onboarding aur training, aur end tak toh feeling hi alag thi. Pehle thoda hesitated tha ke dialer aur calling tools kaise use karun, database ka integration kaisa hoga, par training ke dauran sab kuch samajh mein aa gaya. Wo jo initial worry thi ki main remote workflow ko manage kar paunga ya nahi, woh kaafi had tak door ho gayi thi. Automatic updates bhi acche se apply hote rahe, jisse software me naye features bina kisi interruption ke add hote rahe. Training ke last few sessions mein jo telephonic support mila, wo bhi kaafi helpful tha, matlab patta chal jaata ki agar kahin rukawat aaye toh call karke help mil sakti hai. Comparing with what I thought before joining, actual onboarding was better organized and faster than expected. Sab kuch clear hua, aur ab confidence hai ki remote workflow tools ko efficiently use karunga. Agar aap soch rahe hain ki training le kar kaise ready hona chahiye work ke liye, toh ye onboarding process time le kar bhi badi madad karta hai sahi perspective dene mein.
