Meri training aur onboarding ka experience majorly acha raha, sab steps logically flow kar rahe the aur main asaani se follow kar pa rahi thi. Lekin ek baat thi jo missing thi aur jo mujhe thoda irritating lagi - vo yeh tha ki software ke basics ke baad thoda hands-on practice ka option nahi mila. Jaise ki training sessions mein ek chhota sa interactive part hota toh aur achha feel karta. Dialer aur database features ko samajhna aasan tha, aur automatic updates bhi silently chal rahe the jo convenient tha. Payment aur invoicing process clear dhang se set tha, koi confusion nahi thi. Support team ka response acha tha, lekin time to time thoda late lagta tha. Overall, main khush hoon ki ordering aur training ka flow straight forward tha, bas woh thoda more interactive section nahi tha toh thoda lose feel hua.
