Onboarding flow generally smooth thi, step-by-step guide mili jo samajhna easy banati hai. Lekin jab wo technical glitch hua, toh mujhe laga ki thoda wait zyada tha, par wo ek baar ke liye hi tha. Baaki software ka interface user-friendly hai aur training material bohot achha tha. Software mein database integration meri workflow ke liye useful rahi, aur calling tools ki bhi achhi functionality thi. Update automatically hone se mujhe baar-baar chek karne ki jarurat nahi parti, jo convenient hai. Overall, training experience satisfactory rahi, bas wo chhoti problem thodi inconvenient lagi thi.
