onboarding matlab itna time waste
Mainne training aur onboarding ko start kiya tha toh laga quickly ready ho jaungi but iska process bohot slow tha. Starting se main confuse thi ki kaunse steps pehle karni hain aur kis tarah se dialer ya database use karna hai. Videos kuch samajh mein nahi aayi aur live help lene ki koshish ki toh response bhi dheemi thi. Mujhe laga mujhe bohot saare cheezein khud se discover karni padengi. Ye pura experience thakaa dene wala tha and mujhe realize tha ki main apna kaam shuru karne mein der kar rahi thi. Overall onboarding mere liye bahut frustrating tha aur mujhe lagta hai ye process ko aur streamline karna chahiye.
