Onboarding made progress but had downtime
When I first started the training and onboarding process, I found that waiting times were part of the experience. The early modules repeated some key points, which helped reinforce understanding but also felt a bit lengthy. Navigating through the setup steps, I occasionally faced delays before the next session began, which tested my patience. However, once the dialer and database training kicked in, the flow improved noticeably. Tasks that initially seemed repetitive became smoother as the system updated automatically and integrated with my calendar. The telephonic support was responsive, though sometimes I had to explain the same issue multiple times. Signing up and managing payments was straightforward with clear invoicing, so that part was less frustrating. Overall, while the onboarding had moments of unnecessary waiting and repetition, it eventually led to a workable understanding of the software features. So the outcome was functional but not seamless, reflecting a mix of well-designed steps and some avoidable pauses in my learning curve.
