Onboarding made more sense, with slight reservations
Compared to platforms I’ve used before, this training and onboarding felt more straightforward and comprehensive in some ways. The software’s features for remote workflows were clearly explained, and the calling tools were easier to navigate. However, I did notice that the onboarding sequence sometimes assumed prior knowledge or skipped over basics that I found helpful elsewhere. The balance between detailed explanation and speed was generally well struck but not perfect. I appreciated the ongoing updates and the support options, which added confidence in the process. Despite a small hesitation about pacing and assumptions, the overall structure seemed better suited for efficient learning. Nothing here was drastically different in terms of concept, but the smoother flow made a positive impact. Taking everything into account, I’d rate the onboarding positively with a modest caveat about its approach for newcomers.
