Onboarding Layout Led to Confusion, Outcome Was Mixed

I spent the first days using the training and onboarding materials provided by WFHI expecting a clear path to get remote workflows underway. The labels and wording throughout the onboarding screens often lacked the clarity I anticipated, which led to hesitation when setting main preferences or understanding how the dialer integrates with the calling tools. While I can appreciate that some parts of the software interface were straightforward once I dug deeper, the initial impression left me struggling to figure out the exact sequence of actions needed. The training videos were decently paced but sometimes referenced menu items that were called by different names in the software, adding to the confusion. Still, I acknowledge that the automatic updates were seamless and did not disrupt my workflow once I moved beyond onboarding. Overall, the onboarding felt less user-friendly than expected, causing delays in setting up my workflow despite eventual comprehension. This experience reduced my overall confidence in the ease of use, earning the training process a modest rating from me.
