Onboarding lacked proper fallback when things got tricky

Looking back at the training and onboarding after quite some time, I feel there was a big gap in how the system handled issues when something went wrong. While the standard modules were fine and covered the basics of setting up the dialer and managing the database, I found that troubleshooting advice was very limited. When I faced unexpected bugs or when automatic updates changed features, I often was left unsure of what to do next. Telephonic support was available but didn’t always provide clear solutions promptly. That left me feeling somewhat stranded. The sign-up and invoicing process was straightforward, yes, but it didn’t make up for the training gaps concerning errors or tricky scenarios. I think for anyone starting fresh, these missing elements could cause frustration. The overall structure was decent, but without strong fallback options during hiccups, confidence to fully rely on the software remains low. Hopefully, future onboarding will cover this better because the current experience really needs more focus on accident handling and practical help beyond the basics.
