Onboarding lacked clear guidance on some important features

When I first began the onboarding process with WFHI, I found some parts of the training a bit confusing. While they offered some resources, it wasn’t always easy to locate exactly what I needed to understand how the software’s features would fit into my workflow. For example, the database tools seemed promising, but I had to spend quite some time searching around before getting comfortable with their functions. The calling tools and dialer also required more explanation than what was initially provided. The automatic updates happened fairly smoothly, but I wasn’t always sure what changes had been made or how to adapt to them quickly. On the plus side, the telephonic support was available when I reached out, and they tried to clarify things reasonably well. Sign-up was straightforward, and invoicing followed a clear pattern, so at least those parts felt fine. However, I was hoping the training would have a more guided structure that walked me step-by-step through the software’s capabilities. As it was, I found myself relying on trial and error, which slowed down the process considerably. Overall, the onboarding missed a chance to make the start feel truly seamless and left me with questions I wasn’t expecting.
