Onboarding labels mostly clear, with a few bumps
My experience with WFHI’s training and onboarding around software labels was generally positive, but I did notice some inconsistencies that made me pause. The main structure of the dialer and database was quite straightforward, with labels like 'Call History' and 'Contact List' which were very clear and helpful. This was exactly what I expected going into the training. However, occasionally some less common labels popped up, like 'Batch Sync' and 'Priority Queue', which weren’t explained in detail, leaving me to guess based on the context. I appreciated that there was telephonic support to clarify these terms, but during my initial onboarding phase, I would have preferred a little more built-in explanation. The training guidance mostly stuck to everyday language rather than heavy tech terms, which aligned well with my preferences and helped reduce initial confusion. Still, the contrast between well-labeled sections and the occasional obscure term made the experience somewhat uneven. I think if WFHI could smooth these label inconsistencies out, it would make onboarding smoother for newcomers. On the whole, though, the labels did their job at guiding me through setting up the software, so I can't complain too much. It mostly matched what I’d expected, giving me a balanced but positive introduction to the system’s capabilities.
