Onboarding ke label thode ajeeb lage yaar
Are yaar, training shuru ki thi and I was expecting sab kuch easy aur clear hoga lekin labels aur wording ne thoda confuse kar diya. Dialer ya phir database ka jo interface hai, uske buttons par jo likha tha, woh thoda ajeeb tha and samajhna mushkil hua. Matlab ki tum software design mein thoda dhyan do user friendly shabdo par, warna jo naya banda hai woh kaafi khafa ho jata hai. Onboarding ka flow sahi tha, par ye jo naming aur labels hain na, agar woh aur simple hon toh training smooth ho sakti thi. Basically itna hi bolu, labels aur wording ko update karna chahiye, warna baki sab theek tha.
