Onboarding involved effort, felt somewhat uncoordinated but workable
When I started with the WFHI training and onboarding, I found the steps weren’t always in the best order. The initial walkthrough of the software was good, but some advanced features were introduced too early, which confused me a bit. Also, some of the database setup guidance came after the calling tools tutorial, which didn't feel intuitive because I needed the database ready first to really make sense of calls. It took me some effort to piece things together logically, but once I got past the early confusion, the process became more straightforward. Overall, the onboarding required some extra patience and wasn’t completely smooth, but the training itself was clear enough to get me up and running after a while.
