Onboarding hours didn’t really match my actual working times
I found the training and onboarding experience with WFHI a bit surprising because it wasn’t quite tailored to my availability. The sessions were mostly scheduled during standard office hours, which clashed with when I usually do my work in the evenings. This mismatch made it hard to fully engage with the training materials at the recommended times. While the software itself, including the dialer and database features, seemed to fill the functional needs after I managed to follow through, the onboarding process could have been more flexible. I noticed that the automatic updates didn’t disrupt my use, which was a positive. However, having sign-up and invoicing processes communicate outside of my working hours would have been more convenient. Telephonic support was helpful when I reached out, but again, timing proved tricky. Practically speaking, the training did the job eventually, but I was caught off guard by how inflexible the scheduling was relative to my real working hours, which made it harder to start confidently with the platform.
