Onboarding guide was clear, but confidence took longer
The initial onboarding with WFHI's training software went well enough; the step-by-step guide was straightforward and helped me understand most basics without confusion. I managed to complete the early modules and felt decently prepared for the calling tools integration, which was a bonus. However, when it came to using the dialer and database features actively, I found myself hesitating more than expected and wasn't entirely sure if I was applying everything correctly. The training provided good foundational knowledge but left me wanting more clarity on how to navigate real-time workflow scenarios, which was somewhat frustrating. Despite that, the automatic updates seemed to improve functionality subtly and didn't disrupt my use. Support was available when I reached out, but their responses sometimes took longer than I'd hoped, which didn't do much for my confidence. I feel like overall, I'm only midway confident in fully using the software without assistance. Sign-up and payment were smooth as expected, so that part didn't add stress. There’s a balance between what worked and what felt incomplete, making it a mixed but not discouraging experience. I suppose with more practice or occasional help, I might get more comfortable moving forward.
